We guarantee that every item you purchase from Titan Wrist is authentic, carefully inspected, and delivered in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Eligible Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide full refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Items

If your jewelry or watch arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

What to do:

  • Contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

We will review your claim and, once verified, process your refund or send a replacement.

2. Wrong Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

What to do:

  • Contact us within 2 weeks of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the item received
  • Describe the discrepancy

We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe (2 weeks to 1 month from the order date), we will investigate and issue a refund if delivery cannot be confirmed.

What to do:

  • Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks to 1 month
  • Provide your order number and shipping details

We will track your shipment and work with the carrier to locate your package. If we cannot confirm delivery, we will process a full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Custom and Special Orders

All custom-priced items and special orders are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as standard products (damaged, wrong order, or non-delivery). However, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure the authenticity and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Items returned without proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care after delivery
  • Items returned more than 2 weeks after the claim window without prior authorization

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately

  2. Provide Required Information

    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue (damaged, wrong item, non-delivery)
    • Clear photos (if applicable)
    • Proof of damage or discrepancy
  3. Await Verification Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and contact you with next steps.

  4. Return Shipping (if applicable) If we require the item to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You are not responsible for return shipping costs for eligible claims.

  5. Refund Issued Once we receive and verify the returned item (or confirm non-delivery), your refund will be processed.

Damaged During Shipping

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. If damage occurs during transit:

  • We take full responsibility
  • We will process a refund or send a replacement immediately
  • You do not need to pay for return shipping

Our packaging is designed to protect your purchase, but if the carrier damages your item, we will handle the claim with them on your behalf.

International Returns

For international customers, the same return and refund policy applies. If a return is necessary:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • Customs duties or fees already paid are non-refundable, as these are charged by your government, not by Titan Wrist

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund (following the process above)
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Warranty Claims vs. Returns

For issues that arise after the initial delivery period, please refer to our warranty coverage (3-6 months on all items). Warranty claims are separate from returns and refunds. Contact us to discuss warranty service or repairs.
