Why don't some items show a price?
Certain pieces in our collection are custom-made or require special ordering. For these items, you’ll see a “Request Price” button that connects you directly with our team via WhatsApp. We’ll discuss your location, specific requirements, and provide a personalized quote based on your needs.
How does the custom pricing process work?
When you request a price through WhatsApp, our team will provide you with a detailed quote. Once you approve, we’ll send you an invoice. After payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing your order following our standard fulfillment timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank account payments, and popular payment services including Venmo and Zelle. All payment methods are processed securely through our encrypted checkout system.
How long does shipping take?
Once we receive and validate your payment, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time varies by location, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days from shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We have fulfillment locations in both the United States and United Kingdom, which allows us to serve customers across the globe efficiently.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated as a percentage of your order value at checkout. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over $500 for customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Customers in other countries may also qualify for free shipping depending on order size and current logistics arrangements.
What about international customs and duties?
For international orders, customs fees and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Damaged items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll process a full refund or replacement.
- Non-delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks to 1 month of the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll investigate. If we confirm non-delivery, you’ll receive an automatic refund.
- Wrong orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a full refund or correct replacement.
All items, including custom-priced pieces, are eligible for refund under these conditions.
How long do I have to report an issue?
Please contact us within 2 weeks of your expected delivery date if you haven’t received your order, or immediately upon receipt if there’s damage or an error with your order.
Are custom orders returnable?
Yes, even custom and special-order items are covered by our refund policy if they arrive damaged, are not as ordered, or fail to arrive.
How do I know the jewelry is authentic?
Every piece from Titan Wrist comes with a certificate of authenticity and complete brand documentation. We guarantee that every item in our collection is 100% genuine.
What warranty do you offer?
All watches and jewelry pieces come with a 3 to 6 month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If you’d like to extend your warranty beyond this period, please contact our team to discuss available options.
Is this the manufacturer's warranty?
No, Titan Wrist provides our own warranty as an independent retailer. We purchase our collections through special bulk orders and authorized channels, then extend our own comprehensive warranty coverage to our customers.
